TSB's (technical service bulletins) are used by dealerships to repair common complaints found in a particular model of car. Most automakers would rather you not know about all the quirky problems they have because it may or may not pertain to your vehicle and the PR department just hates to have to explain that to Mr or Mrs potential buyer....they want everyone to think that gleaming car or truck is perfect.
