My message would be something to this effect... "Hi I am a people person, are you a people person? whether you are or not let's converse/communicate and see if we can make each other glad to have met the other.

I am not sure I know what you are asking. I am going to assume you mean when you meet a person you don't know. I usually start a conversation with, "Howdy, how're you doing? Any thing happening in your neck of the woods?"
This kind of opening gives them a chance to reply and if they don't, I don't continue. I am looking to see if the person offers anything about him/herself and gives them an opportunity to talk about something that interests him/her. I am showing some interest in him/her and I let them do the same and if they do not, so be it.
