I had two miscarriages and three live births, it is not uncommon for someone who has had a miscarriage to be worried, but worrying won't help because there is nothing you can do.
With my first pregnancy I didn't even know I was pregnant, no symptoms. I miscarried before I knew. In my second pregnancy the only symptom I had was being exhausted...I thought I was coming down with something! 9 months later I had my first son.
Good luck and try to relax.

Don't stress!!!!
Mild cramps are normal in early pregnancy and so is exhaustion.
I lost a baby on the 31st January and fell pregnant 2 weeks later. I have stressed the whole time over every cramp but I know from my 3 live births (and the 2 miscarriages I have had) that it is normal! This time...at 5 weeks, all I had was exhaustion and frequent peeing. The other symptoms came a few weeks later and luckily most of them are leaving me now! Except the headaches that is!
I am sure you are fine but stressing really won't help you so try to relax as hard as that is. Best of luck.

Firstly, light to moderate cramps and even spotting are normal, your uterus is doing crazy things in there. Being exhausted, my OB told me, just means you need to rest. Your body is building the house the baby will live in during the pregnancy, which means building all those extra blood vessels, tissue, and extra fluids in your bloodstream. The fastest I gained weight was also when I was the most tired, in the first 10 weeks I gained 20 lbs. Imagine why the caterpillar sleeps as she becomes the butterfly?!?! Because growing and changing makes you tired! So eat plenty of protein- that's what the blood vessels etc are made of- and get plenty of fresh water and vitamins for your kidneys... But stressing will raise your blood pressure which is bad under any circumstance, and acutely in yours. If you have another child I suggest having your parents or close friends help out until you can get in to your OB, so you can relax. Don't take any pain relievers, especially Advil/Aleve/aspirin, as those are dangerous to any pregnancy. Ride out the cramps with a heat pad or a warm bath.

I know what you mean to the fullest. I'm 11 weeks and still can't see a doc and I was in school when I found out a week before finals. I was so tired around that time and should sleep the hole day through just waking up to eat. Call ur doc for there opinion if they dont say anything and you get really wonder go to the emergeny room thats what i ended up doing and found out I was 6 weeks.

It's really hard to remember pregnancy and i've been through it 5 times but if I remember correctly light cramping is normal. Think about it - your body is going through some serious changes - a baby is growing inside of you. Unless these cramps get serious or you notice bleeding I wouldn't worry about it at all.
Drink plenty of water and take your prenatal vitamins and you will be fine. If you haven't already picked some up you can get the vitamins over the counter at Walmart or anywhere else vitamins are sold.

I'm 12 weeks pregnant.
the exhaustedness is the main symptom i've had. I did have some light cramping at the beginning, but no bleeding. I think that is the uterus stretching and getting ready for the baby.
i've had almost no nausea.
i don't blame you for being scared since you just had a miscarriage. I would see if you could talk to your doctor at least on the phone and describe your symptoms just to see if they are common.

During my first trimester, I always felt worn out. I would wake up, take a shower and get ready for work, and then feel like I needed a nap! I also felt mild cramping which concerned me, but my friends who have had children all told me it is normal...your body is going through major changes. It's hard not to stress out about these things, but stress is not good for you or your baby. If your doctor is making you wait that long to be seen, go to your PCP and get a check up. That's what I did and it made me feel 100% better. Congrats and good luck!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Light cramps can be normal during early pregnancy, as long as they are not accompanied by heavy bleeding. Congratulations and thank your lucky stars you don't have horrible morning sickness. Relax, stressing out will only make things worse.

Light cramps are normal. Unless they get unbearable and you start bleeding you are okay. You already have one child, and I read that subsequent pregnancies create more prominent and noticible pains.
