The Taliban have never had anything to do with Iraq. So no they weren't ever strong in Iraq.

The Taliban is related to Afghanistan, not Iraq. Saddam Hussein is associated with Iraq.

Well, the Taliban did have underground training camps in Iraq - in the Sunni areas about 2 years ago. I don't know if they still exist, I doubt it.

Talibans are not in Iraq, they are in Afghanistan.
