I usually get this feeling every few months. Ride it out and things will return to normal.

Chances are you aren not getting the vitamins and nutrients your brain needs. Dont forget hydration h2o

You are probably dehydrated. Drink plenty of water, at least 3 litres a day.

My guess would be that you aren't getting enough sleep. That's what happens to me in school when I don't sleep long/well enough. Also don't forget to eat breakfast.
