It has to be the exuberant gas prices. I'm wondering how high they will be Mother's Day Weekend! If wages don't start rising, I'm trying to figure out how we are to survive. In my case, I am on a set income now except for yearly cost of living increases and they sure don't keep up with the REAL cost of living. I'd like to see how our gov't elected could survive on what normal citizens live on.

I call it the $3.00 syndrome. When you scream to the top of your lungs, it's the $4.00 Syndrome. When you almost run into something from panicking at the prices, it's the $5.00 syndrome. If you start riding a motorcycle, it's the $6.00 Syndrome. If you start riding mass transit, you basically lost it past $6.00, and that's called "That's More Expensive than a King Size Burger King Meal and It's Outrageous" Syndrome.

Yes....Gas Prices...Conspiracy...It keeps us at home and on our computers because we can't afford anything anymore..The more we are online and on websites..the more stock rises for those websites....The big man gets rich and us little people get poor because it cost more to drive than what minimum wage puts out.

did something bad happens to you as a child at a gas station. I learned in psuchology that fear results from something bad as a child...like if a boy was beaten by his father as a horse ran by he would probably be affraid of horses......I got a bad spanking during a thunderstorm and I am terrified of them now. That and my stepmother used to tell me it was concience and the devil was coming to get me.
