I haven't been paranoid for ages (like over thirty years), but I do occasionally get anxious. My anxiety always comes from eating the wrong stuff just before going to bed, oddly enough. I then wake up at quarter to three wondering if I will make it through the night, or some equally foolish thought. When I stopped the Pringles Sour Cream and Onion chips, the anxiety vanished completely. Anxiety can sometimes be diet-related. It is in my house.

Yeah sometimes but I think it helps to be a little bit paranoid. If you walked around without a care in the world then one day that could land you in a lot of trouble.

What's it got to do with you? How did you get my address? I'm calling the police if you keep directing these malicious questions at me, and stop bugging my phone!

yes I do. As long as it isn't too frequent than a little paranoia is a good thing. it works as a defense mechanism.
