I once took on of those diet pills filled with caffeine. I was pinging off the walls. I cleaned the whole house in3 1/2 hours. I'm talking dishes, laundry, 3bedrooms, 1 bathroom, moved furniture around, and polished all the wood.

I wish it didn't affect me. I don't dare take in any caffine after 12 noon or I won't sleep at nite.

Sometimes it does....it depends on how much it is and in what form it comes....Tea doesn't usually do anything for me but if I have two espresso, I'm bouncing off the walls. And it really helps when I have a headache to have a cup of coffee and two tylenol...that's my cure for a headache

I am super sensitive to any kind of additive-- caffeine or otherwise.
It totally revs me up! One cup is all I need.
