The guy wears a condom and the girl is on the pill/using diaphragm/IUD/spermicide/etc. You both should use something. Never trust the other person to handle birth control and don't have sex without a condom because you don't know where each other have been...never mind that they say they haven't been with that many people. One of those few people could've been dirty. Buy new condoms. Don't trust the other person to have good condoms. They could've been damaged or expired. Just be smart and careful.

Get on the pill, use a condom and make sure the boy doesn't have any disease and probably you shouldn't even do it then.
