I have a small fish tank with only one angle fish in it and there are small white transparent round things in the tank. The angle fish is very concerned about these thins. It keeps rubbing its fins and belly over them

Here's a photo: http://static.flickr.com/80/221523221_d13afa414d.jpg - these appear to be fertilized eggs.

These have infertile eggs mixed in (opaque white): http://static.flickr.com/31/45801741_b16b2c9f98.jpg

I have an Angel tank (55 gal) myself with a few others in it and have discovered twice now the same thing clinging to my plants. I've looked all over the internet and I cannot find a site that actually shows what they look like, however, I did find a site that shows what a snails eggs look like. Possibly have a snail? LOL! The first time they just disintegrated and I have some in there now. I suspect that they are from my snails and just not getting fertilized. I'm almost sure that the eggs would be a pinkish color for almost any species if they were viable.
I'm sorry I can't be of more help but I will be coming back to see if anyone else knows what's going on!

Sounds like angelfish eggs. Problem, if they are white, they have fungused and are not viable...they're dead. Healthy, fertilized eggs are translucent. When the pair of angels are a mature breeding pair, they will care for the eggs and there is little you need to worry about. Sometimes, people will add a little Methylene Blue to the tank to help with the fungus on the eggs, but beware, it does turn everything blue.

Keep in mind, just because you have angelfish eggs doesn't mean you'll have babies. Sometimes, two females will lay eggs, and, well, that doesn't usually work for babies;)
