Where can I get a custom 3 ring binder with a photograph on it?

Thought I should add that I want the picture to be a picture I choose-For example a picture of a pet, or something that relates to me.

Staples has binders like you want. They have a plastic covering that is has an opening at the top. You can insert your picture there.

you can get three ring binders at office depot that have a clear front and you can slip in any picture you want. cheap and easy.
