in moorhead minnesota, this past wednsday,a 3 on 3 fight broke out at some bar.it was just a fight,no weapons or anything, but the police used tasers from a distance to break up the fight.
this is ridicoulous and intolerable in a free society.a taser to break up a fistfight?this just blows my mind!!!this is america and we dont need the cops involved in every fight that happens.there are way too many real crimes being commited out there.
and furthermore,if this aint excessive force,i don tknow what is!!!shame on those officers!!

Why is it that it's always the cops fault? Those cops were called there to break up a fight. When they get there they see what's taking place, and they act accordingly. They used their tazer to protect themselves, and others. Or would you rather they just jump in the fight also, and risk personal injury to themselves and maybe others? They don't know who those guys are fighting, do they have a gun or a knife that they can kill the cops with? Nobody knows. The cops did what had to be done in the safest, and fastest way possible. I'm so sick of everybody blaming the cops. Put the blame where it belongs, and not on the cops.

Police are getting fatter and lazier and more cowardly than ever,

you give them a toy and they will use it,

even if it kills people who have health conditions,

Yeah, an unfortunate guy who got into the mix of a bar fight who has epilepsy gets ta sered and dies, or a person with severe asthma gets mace sprayed in their face,
do they give a rat's azz? no. Will anyone be punished for it, no.
Police brutality is at an all time high, what you hear about is merely the tip of the iceberg.

If they were African Americans in NYC it would have been a hail of bullets versus tasers.

Tasers kept the officers from harms way and there was no perm damage. So I prefer that method after a few warning shouts.

No, the shame is on people like you that believe they did wrong. Tasers are not lethal unless misused. Police fear weapons at any fight. Since I don't know the circumstances of this fight, I will not condemn their use of tasers.

The business owner shouldn't have to pay for excess damages caused by people who can't hold their booze. We need more cops doing their job, not less.
