I always hear about Queen Elizabeth II. She is married but her hisband is not referred to as a king. Will there ever be another King over England? When Queen Elizabeth dies, who would be the King or Queen? Also, it always seems like the Prime Minister has more polical power than the Queen. What exactly does she do?

So if Charles is King, is his wife Queen? Like you always see in the historical movies how the King has to choose his Queen or take a Queen. Does that not ever happen in this case these days?

There is no King of England - the Queen's father was King of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). When she dies her son Charles will be King of the UK.
The PM does have more power - most of her powers (calling elections, making appointments) are only done on his advice. She performs a ceremonial role by doing things like opening parliament each year, and also meets the PM once a week to discuss issues and offer her advice.

The Queen is the queen. There isn't a king. She is married to Prince Phillip. Since he isn't an English Royal, he can't be crowned King.
Prince Charles is the next in line, then Prince William. If the Queen decides to bypass Charles, William will be king.

Elizabeth is the regent. She, not he, inherited the throne. He is her prince consort. When Queen Elizabeth passes on or abdicates her eldest son Charles, Prince of Wales is next in line. If he cannot than his son William would be next. If Charles dies before Elizabeth than his Brother Andrew is next in line and Andrew's children will follow.
The prime minister is the head of the government. The monarch is basically a pretty face with very little real power. Elizabeth has certain duties allowed her in the British Constitution. Basically if Parliament says there is no more monarch there will be no more monarch. The British, love their monarch. It is a tradition. By the way QE2 is one of the wealthiest women in the world.

the oldest boy of englands royal line is always the King, if (like the queens father) their is no noys then the oldest girl becomes queen. Their spouse marries into royality so therefore is not called King or Queen.
Prince charlas will become King and then his son and so on.
