I've beaten team galactic and have my 7th badge! But I can't go to sunyshore to get waterfall, so how do I get to the peak to fight Cyrus and and get my legendary?

I've been through wayward cave many times, but never found any water??

You need to take the entrance from traveling from Hearthome city. It's a long trip, so make sure you carry plenty of revives, hyper potions/super potions, ailments cures and max repels.
Also, have your sixth Pokemon be a machop who knows rock smash, streangth and rock climn.

travel to route 207 then go inside of the cave and go up to where the water is and go to the right in keep traveling.
