It makes me feel odd, like I can't keep my thoughts together. What about you?

It increases the negative ions in the air, so it makes most people feel off or edgy.
I'm used to it mostly since I 've lived my whole life in very windy places, but it still bugs me from time to time too.

I love windy weather!!The way the wind plays with my hair.Nature seems to sway with life. I love to take walks on windy days.

only if it gets really windy and I feel there's going to be a tornado... because there usually is one when I get that feeling, I can tell from the moisture in the air and the winds

I'm from the Panhandle of Florida. We start gettin; wind, in those parts? It may mean a tornado. So, yes, I do get a bit off center.
