I wear my bra all the time it's pretty much what feels comfortable, but gravety makes them sag so wearing a bra prevents that for awhile....and no wearing a bra at night doesn't prevent them from growing i've been wearing my bra at night since i was old enough to wear one and i'm a 38c now so obviously it didn't stop them...and besides breasts are mainly fat over muscle

I let mine be free, but it is not harmful to wear a LOOSE fitting bra to sleep.

doesn't make much difference, but a light sport type bra is more comfortable during rest or sleep, for a little extra support, a heavy or wired bra for daytime use is really to much for sleep, let those puppies breath a little!

I beleive you should take the bra off at night. that way they can have growing time,I heard it prevents them from growing if you keep the bra on at night.

wearing one at night helps them to not sag. but its what ever you like.
