Depends on the age of the person you ask. To a 35+ year old no. To a 20-35 year old probably middle aged bordering old. To anyone younger probably yes.

NO. From age 30, you always want to be younger. When you are 40, you will think you were young at 30. When you are 50, you will think you were young at 40. when you are 60, you will think you were young at 50, at 70 you will know you were young at 60.. Just enjoy life as it comes.
