My stepsister husband willnot give her any money for her to sent on her self and she has to ask are mother and father to for money to buy pad and bras ect.. what can to tell so i can help her( her husband will not let her get a job.) stnad up tpp her husband, so he will give her money for herself and my mother and father will not have to come out for there pockets?

This is a very abusive relationship. If he doesn't already hit her, he will. He wants total and complete control over her. Soon he won't let her see her friends and eventually he won't even let her see family.
I doubt there is much you can do to make her see the light and leave him, it has to be her decision. But you might try educating yourself about abusive relationships and trying to educate her. Call your local Women's Shelter, they might be able to help you out.

You can tell her all you want,but some will have to learn the hard way out,she needs to leave this guy because he can not or will not provide for her.
