I've never done that, but I did wash my windshield while sitting at a red light next to someone in a convertible. I didn't even realize what I had done until I got a dirty look from the woman in the car. Thankfully the light quickly turned and I was able to speed away.

I must say that I acidentally washed a byciclist one very wet christmas season some 15 years ago. That is to say the road had so much water that I actually sent a tidal wave over the bike and its rider. He was totally soaked and not just drippy.

No...but I've been a pedestrian who has been purposely splashed by a jerky driver.

i have accidently but at least i stopped and apologized to them.then i got back in the truck and laughed my a## off
