i have a problem with my penis, there is a small blood containing part on its end to the edge

Not to worry. It could be a blood blister. Keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get infected. Watch where you put it the next week or so. If it doesn't clear up or if it gets worse see the doctor. By the way, don't put alcohol on it. You can use a little witch hazel if you like. Keep you wick dry for a while. You'll be fine.

if you masturbate and don't like to clean up after yourself once you climax, it could be the little blood capillaries had busted if you squeezed your penis to tight and stopped the sperm fluid from escaping once you climaxed. Or you have just squeezed your penis to hard. Not to worry.. they will go away. But good idea not to squeeze so hard. Be sure to let yourself climax naturally.

did it not ocur to you to see a urologist for this it could be something that needs immediate surjery before you find yourself in uremia in the er and then too late.
