No regrets. Satisfied, content, appeased, happy, regretless (a coined word I believe), accomplished

Takes chances. Risks, gambles, wagers, attempts, competes, daredevil, reckless

Can't offer much more without context.

I think you need to visualize what you mean by each. THe context is important if you want to do it in one word. Why do you have no regrets? Or is is a way you want to live? There would be a different word if you have no regrets and you are fufilled or content -- and a different one if you are determined to live with no regrets -- that is more along the lines of your concept of taking chances ..........

I personally like Dauntless

daunt·less (dôntls, dänt-) KEY

ADJECTIVE:

Incapable of being intimidated or discouraged; fearless.

Or Confident

confident

adjective
Having no doubt: assured, certain, positive, sure, undoubting. See certain
Having a firm belief in one's own powers: assured, secure, self-assured, self-confident, self-possessed. See attitude, belief

risky could also be used for 'take chances'. maybe you might consider getting the words 'live fast die young' tattooed? But for the 'no regrets' part - something among the lines of: determination

That's a hard one. I even tried to find an antonym for regret and there isn't any. I'm so close to coming up for something, but it's just not coming. Maybe after I move on it will.
