It depends what kind of flowers they are. I hate roses. They're too cliche and over-done. I wouldn't yell at him or throw them way, but I'd tell him for future reference.
I mean he wouldn't like it if he asked me to buy him an In N Out burger and I came back with Mc Donalds instead. Its still a burger, but they're waaaayyyy different.

I don't care about flowers, to be honest. They could be daisies, roses.. all the same to me. If he makes the gesture then I appreciate it. I guess i'm not a typical lady.

I would be so stunned I wouldn't even notice if I was handed a bunch of weeds lol! The thought is the precious thing so I'd be very grateful. By the way, Red tulips are my favourite (just in case you were thinking of buying me some lol!).

I don't think that if I guy brought me flowers they could ever be "wrong." It's the thought that counts, man, the thought!
But what I'd really like is either
a) light purple lilacs
or
b) roses of any color

I particularly like 2 types of flowers but I would never criticise my husband if he bought me others. I would be very pleased that he had had thought about me and bought me some!!

any flowers are nice, most women are not that picky.
If you want to give her just the right thing put a little bit of everything in it and tell her you wern't sure which was her favorite so you got them all.

I didn't know there was such a thing as wrong flowers. I so rarely get them that I wouldn't argue about something like that.
