I do.
She broke the law. It's as simple of that. I'm happy she didn't get to buy her way out of punishment. Celebrities should be just as accountable for their actions as anyone else. Maybe even more accountable since they're role models.

I think that she should because of her celebrity they might give her community service and make her pay a fine and sign her up for classes for drunk drivers. I wonder what her publicist will say then, man that guy has a major job to do,if i were him i would quiet, he ends up looking like an ass on t.v.

she should go to jail because she broke a law. i don't care how rich you are, everyone should be treated the same. i think it is sooo funny! maybe now she will have a different attitude once she starts her 45 days in jail! lol....wonder how she will wear her hair in there?

I do. She should be made to pay for drinking and driving and flauting the law not once but twice. Then to top it off, she was late to court.

I agree. She knew that she shouldn't be driving and did it anyway and ignored a court ordered alcohol treatment program. Maybe she will grow up.

i think she should. If it was me or you we would , so just because she has money and allthat she is a person just like everyone else. Her mom made it worst for acting up in the court.

I think she does.
Just bcuz shes a celeb. doesnt mean she doesnt have to pay for wat she did. Like my teacher used to say, You pay for your actions, which only u can do to fix it, no matter who you are. You pay the prices. And i totally agree wit my teacher on dat 1!

being as famous as she is!! she should not! but that's is not the case. she probably do about 2 weeks and they will let her go! for good Behavior
