I would figure this out by starting from the time you get up to get ready for work. Take that time and work backwards.
I work at 6am and get up at 3am. It all depends on how much sleep you need to feel rested; some need less sleep than others.
To get 6 hours of sleep, I'd have to go to bed by 9pm; to get 8 hours of sleep, I'd be in bed by 7pm, etc...

i dont need much sleep but i wake up at 6 am and i go to bed around midnight. but sometimes i will go to bed around 9 or 10. its weird but i found 11 to be a bad time for me, there are certain levels of sleep and from what i understand about my own body if i get 7 hours of sleep i feel much worse than if i get 6.

well i goto work at 6 am and i try to be in bed by 10pm at least i get alil sleep but who knows everyone is different all i need is about 4 hours and im good to go hope i helped you out
