I guess Greece's. At least their government looks like they are actually making the changes they promised, whereas Merkel has abandoned her election commitments and instead of tackling Germany's bloated social system has raised taxes to finance more of the same.

Ask me again in 24 hours and my answer will probably be "France".

It seems to be in the UK...The new Labour is fairly different from the traditionnal "old" labour. T. Blair stands for the right wing french candidate for the general elections. He's a friend of J.Chirac, Berlusconi and th former spanish prime minister, all 3 are right wing.
At home, he has adopted a centre right attitude by carrying on much of the Major-Thatcher politics. Higher education is more and more expensive, public transport is everything but public...
If he carries on, the conservatives will appear as marxists

Depends on your definition of right wing. The labour Government in the UK, although in theory left wing, has been pushing many right policies especially where civil liberties or restrictions thereof are involved.

Poland. Their president has recently called for the reinstatement of the death penalty as well as further restrictions on abortion.
This is on a state still struggling 15 years after the cold war, but can't cope with capitalism.
Religion is also a big thing in Poland as the last Pope came from there. I can't see non religious policies being popular for some time but one can hope.
