Many republicans on here for the war and corporate welfare seem to be the best armchair quarterbacks. Most have never done a damn thing for this country, even attend a Memorial day parade for those who died! They rather get drunk and BBQ on a long-weekend!
It is ironic that I have brought up hundreds of times how Bush cuts 100 BILLION out of the VA Hospitals in 2006, who are currently treating 105.000 Iraqi Vets, and gives the rich a tax cut. I have never heard one say that they find that offensive! I sure do!
I spent 8 years active, 2 tours in Korea and 1 year in Vietnam in 1966 and 1967, to come home to people who still hate us!
I spent 17 years investigating child abuse, and the worst of the abusers were generally the religious conservative right! They also resented the state from even assessing their children's safety!
Their pocketbook is all they care about. Other than that, they have no arguments and no answers. Just name calling!
I also believe there are a lot of people who are Republican's that do not act like this, but they generally aren't on here!

I will not trust a liberal any farther than I can throw them. You act as if only republicans are at any fault. I would have to write 20 books on the lies liberals tell and live.
ANTI WAR is NOT the answer
Our government won't let our military win the war. They regulate what they can and can't do to an extreme. Liberals are full of cow poo !!!!
Peace is NOT always the answer. People over there want us dead regardless to our race or political views.
GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS BOYCOTT HILLARY

This is a dumb question, I know several friends sons who are serving in Iraq, who are Republicans. Are you saying that every soldier in Iraq is a democrat??????
BTW, yes I do work for help out the poor, I do help out to make the world a better place. If you participate in anti-torture rallies do you also protest the muslium extremists who torture poeple or just the US government? Do you protest ALL wars or just ones the US are involved in?

you see its like this. we are a free republic and in such, the people can speak thier mind and impose thier will and work through the govt to do so, and sometimes we must project power, our military is the the instrument of this. in our society most everyone have jobs to do we have doctors and teachers and brick layers and so forth even the bumbs and street people have a function, they give liberals a sense of purpose... anyway the warrior is one of the most important jobs ANYONE can have in a free society, they are the guardians of our freedom and protectors of our homeland. Not every one can do it, or even should. most conservatives understand what freedom is about so to defend it would be no problem, people like you on the other hand , ask questions like this because, you donot understand the concepts, freedom or defense. The answers you got. you deserved.

Or why don't you go to Iraq and try reasoning with the terrorists since you claim that is all that needs to be done. Then afterward you can all hold hands and sing "Kum by Ya".
If you did that then you would be leading by example. See how that works?

And I suppose we are to just take your word that you volunteer.....grow up! Just because one supports the war, does not mean they need to just drop everything in their lives to do so! Besides, many people are contributing to the war through charities that help the troops get the armor they need or help their families; march in rallies that support our troops and what they are doing over there! I have to agree with what cladiusn said! What does a soup kitchen for disabled have to do with aiding the people of Darfur? Like I said earlier, GROW UP!

10 years US Army. After returning from Gulf war I, one of your friends spit on my face at JFK. You hate us... Why should we believe anything you say. I would gladly share a foxhole with any Republican and fight, at least I know they are men and women of honor. So keep spitting in the face of our troops and pretending you have our best interest at heart. We know all about you and your socialist friends. You are just another enemy to fight at a later date.

As soon as I see your papers to join the Peace Corps, I will take a civilian job in Iraq.
I can't re-enlist because I am over the age limit.
Fair enough?

Why are you demanding that everyone who agree's with the war should go over and fight it?? There are actually some democrats who agree with it and they didn't go running over. Whats your beef over this? I am strickly for the war AND I'M NOT GOING TO GO AND FIGHT IT! End of story,

This question is beyond ridiculous because many who support the war and the troops are too old to serve.
