Any age, as long as I am healthy and legally an adult, does it for me....but I've almost always been blessed with excellent health and I've been legally an adult for a very long time now.
Its also good to be old enough that my body doesn't have me constantly thinking about sex....but I was probably at my most attractive, physically, when I was 17. I was probably at my strongest, mentally, when I was 40. The years I spent at college, and working there after graduation, were my personal "glory days" however.

I'm only 15.. I guess the best of life is yet to come. From my experience, I would pick 7 years old. Time for the first grade, everything is new and exciting, no stress, just fun all the time, learning, ah it was great back then. You are kind of aware of jobs and adult life, but not really. Nothing matters but pets and friends and games.

Twenty-eight. Finished main qualifications, establishing a work/earning pattern, physically at my prime, sexually still learning but no longer ignorant, clothes fitted well. Actually, on the inside, I still feel, see and desire like that person. Only trouble is, on the outside I look my real age and that is more than twice the years!

Forty's about right--very good shape physically, and a little more than a mere glimmering of wisdom regarding what's "truly important", at least to me. And, it has very little, in fact nothing, to do with the BS handed down by this "culture" regarding what equals "success".
Never have so many fallen for such utter "toxic waste" when it comes to what constitutes "a life well lived". WAKE UP !!

The age i am now, 35.
Mature and experienced enough to solve and deal with lifes problems.
In a stable and fairly well paid job, with options for advancement.
Young and healthy enough to raise children if the chance arose, and to do and fulfil any dreams or activities i choose to do also.

I think twenty-five, perhaps would be a good age to stop at. However, I'm biased, I like being in my early twenties. On the other hand, with age comes wisdom (sometimes), I think I still have a lot to learn and I don't think I'd ever want to stop aging.

That's a real tough question!!! Knowing and being aware of things as I do now???
There's so many spectacular and interesting era's & places its really impossible to choose one!!! There's many I'd prefer over the current era! But since I'm IN this one now, I think I'll just deal with it and enjoy it to the best of my ability. Part of the joy of history for me is simply imagining it. In dealing with any as a reality most or all of that would be lost...... (that which would be "the future" to whatever era you were in to present).

It definitely would not have been anywhere near 30- i was just starting to raise babies- I'd say now - my kids are in grad school and graduating, I have the job of my dreams, I finished my doctorate, I am reasonable healthy, I am still the size I was when i graduated from high school, and I am happy.
