it depends on where you live, but the internet is a good place. http://www.hillbillysushi.com/ and pinupgirlclothing.com are too of my favorite places. but if you go into any store there are always things that a rockabilly, you just have to know what you're looking for. pencil skirts, black and red deep v-necks, take a pair of your jeans and roil them up to about mid calf, bandannas, and the shirts that are popular now with the anchors.

I'd try a second hand store or a store that works off donations like The Salvation Army.

thats the only way you will get one, you might get one from a shop that sells dance clothes,

Get a pattern from a fabric/sewing store, buy some fabric, and make it yourself. It's not that hard, and it will be unique.
