I can't find the download when I go to windows downloads. Help?

You can go to the HP website and download the software you need from there, but be warned, it is a huge file and may take several hours to download. If you're running windows vista, the software that came with the printer will not work in vista, but it should already have the drivers you need to make it print, but you won't have a lot of the extended features of the PSC until HP comes out with a vista compatible version.

Edit: After just looking at the HP site, it looks like vista compatible versions of the drivers are released and ready for download. If you click on the link I gave below, it will take you to the HP page with the available downloads for your printer. Just click on the correct operating system and click the download button on the next page.

really, then take it back. Why didn't the CD work? Normally HP printers have 2 CDs; one for Mac and one for Windows. Do you have Windows Vista? That may be the problem.
