Use a heat gun on a decal emblem and use a razor to get under the edge and work slowly with the heat gun and just peel it off. If the decal starts to want to tear or is a little stubborn ,apply more heat and then keep working on it. Adhesive remover or WD 40 will take off any sticky residue.

Look behind the panel to which they are fastened. There should be boltheads or perhaps clips that hold the emblems on. If they're bolt heads, just use a wrench and undo them; if they're clips or other strange type retainers, just pry them off. You may have to get a special tool, but usually a screwdriver will do. Remember, you'll have holes where the emblems used to be, so think before you act... (Sometimes, but not often, manufacturers use two sided adhesive to fatsen the emblems, in which case there will be no holes or bolt heads, clips or anything else showing. Then, if that's the case, all you have to do is use a putty knofe to remove the offending emblems and polish the paint afterwards). Good luck.

Use a soft plastic scraper and slide it up under the emblem and put pressure against the emblem to start the adhesive tape loosening and they will pop off.

I think if you apply a little heat to the emblem (if a glue on) it will make it easier to remove
