Earth or should we find a way to reduce the population and stay here on Earth?

That's the way it has always worked, people want to set out for where it's less crowded... I just hope we're reallll carefull about it, cause we might not be the biggest dogs in the galaxy. Wouldn't it be ironic if aliens found us wandering around space and came to colonize our planet.

If you find a way to ship the death row inmates to Mars, you would be eliminating them and sparing them from execution. I think you're on to something! Star Trek came in handy after all, didn't it?

Such things don't need to be developed. Several ways exist to bypass them.
