When Im feelin down And need some time to relax I go to a quiet place. Most of the time my room , and I just let my fellings out and look at all my blessings and what I have.

my greenhouse is the most amazingly relaxing place to be. its so nice being surrounded with my little plants. i need to put a chair and computer in there and i 'll move out of the house for ever. its quiet apart from birds / insects or the wind in the trees . its best when its raining hard. the noise of the rain on the glass is so restful when im snug inside . i love it

This is going to sound stupid to some people, but for me, my fave way to chill out is to cook a nice meal for my husband and 2 children, then we all sit down together to eat, then afterwards, leave the washing up and all snuggle up on the sofa and watch a good family film, bliss!!

I meditate myself to "Horshoe Meadow" that is in the southern shadow of Mt. Whitney in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
It's great to do some soul traveling. And, I can go there anytime I want.
(It's a place I used to go hiking when in the Navy)

Into the world of the easel with my oil paints. If I like the finished product then every one else hates it. If I dislike my finished painting everyone else seems to like it. Its a mood thing, nut one which I am lost for three hours or more!.

my room, lying down and listening to music. OR if I can't stand it inside I go outside in a nice warm kinda windy weather and take a walk.
