Why don't you get her what she likes. Why? because that will make her happy.

Ok, speaking from experience, you need to find out what your wife's favorite cut of diamond is. Every woman has her favorites. If you don't want to ask her, then ask a good friend of hers. She will keep it secret, because she knows you're about to dazzle your wife with a worthless rock, er, um, I mean a diamond! Also, don't just give it to her while you're watching TV or doing the dishes - make the moment special, and she will cherish you (for a week or so!).

Brilliant cut. It will dazzle everybody with the sparkle and fire. Brilliant is the most popular cut shape for diamonds. The shape resembles that of a cone and is meant to maximize light return through the top of the diamond.

First for the dummy´s zirconia is not real diamond. Ok to answer your question the nice cut is the small platform cut
with medium high cuts on the side and if your wallet can take a yellow diamond, it give more reflection with the natural light.
I´m from Antwerp so I know something about stones....

Brilliant cut - it shows most facets and reflects the light better.

Color and clarity are very important too.

Ask the jewller for a loop so you can have a closer look. He might think you know diamonds.
ps: be sure you know how to use a loop.

It all depends on her style. If she is busy doing things with her hands all day you would want to get her a smaller more conservative ring. However if she is more into the feminine way the maybe go a little bigger with a little more pizazz

Round brilliant cut is classic and is always in style. That is what I bought for my wife and that's what she wanted.

More modern cuts are sapphire and princess.

Or you could ask her.

Get her a cubic zirconia. Women are lying, cheating whores, anyway.
