Why is it that so many posters on here refuse to research what they posts as facts. Is it a fear that you will find that your truth doesn't match the fact. The sharing of iideas and nformation works so much better if the facts are on the table don't you think?

No need for personal hits here. This is a good question that I think we need to ask ourselves. Do we base our politics on what we hear and believe, or what we research and know?

i don't think fear is the core problem. i think too many of us have become intellectually lazy and self involved. it's so easy to let some other mouth spout the words and ideas as we repeat them like a trained parrot. with time it's difficult to separate oneself from the mindset. and then when challenged, we don't evaluate, we strike back.

I don't think anyone will ever actually win in Iraq. its not possible. BUT to keep the terrorists were you can see them know where they train, live etc, will give us a better chance at keeping the USA safer. [i think] i don't think fighting is a bad idea, i just don't really think its working as well as we had hoped. i do however think we should go back to Afghanistan and kick the holy hell out of it. find osama and kill him. but with the severe kidney failure he has reported to have i doubt he is alive, unless he has a dialysis machine in a cave hooked up to a camel.

but im not an expert so this is just my opinion,
dont get all up my *** about it...

Only about one in 50 posters here are actually interested in posting fact based opinions.

The rest are hear to spew hate and yell "Bush is the Devil" or "Libtards Sux"......

Its sad really.

I agree with the liberal part, even though most Democrats aren't liberal. I am not so sure about conservatives or the more radical neocons, who have an irrational and closed mindset. And others in the Republican party who are 1 issue voters; namely their pocketbook!

Republicans may have some good idea's and I am sure they do. I just haven't seen many lately!

You're quite correct... We need to get rid of the Dems and Reps to implement those ideas.

I disagree with 90% of the liberal view, and I find their vision for the US despicable and very un-American!
