If you really are having high highs and low lows, then you need to see a doc--and be open and honest with him. He can help you..

No. My highs are never too high because I chose them. My lows are never too low because I'm an optimist (or so my sister tells me...).

yeah. When I'm happy, I just explode with wild random sentences and strange behavior. When I'm sad, I just sit all by myself and think about how I have no friends (not true btw haha)
