Stage fright is prefectly normal... take it from someone who has been in the theater for over 20 years now. Just remember that you have worked very hard for this show and you obviously deserve the role.
Here are a few things that I do before I have a show... starting with a few days before. First, I watch the film version of the show (if there is one)... it can be a bit relaxing to sit back and enjoy the show for only entertainment purposes. If it is the exact same script as the play, I will watch it again and say my lines along with the actor on screen... cheesy, I know, but it has helped me before. The night before the opening night, after final dress, I find something completely relaxing for me to do... play a video game, read a book, draw, whatever makes you forget about the show for even just an hour or two. The morning of the show, I will run through my lines once or twice by myself... I dont try and act them out... no voice inflection, pauses, etc. I just get the words out. When you get to the theater, find people in your scenes to run through once or twice... it will make you all feel a little better.
If you have the chance, ask your director if the cast could do a speed through. It is a lot like what I just described. The cast just sits together in the house, and from line one to the finale, each actor will say their line. Again, it isnt for inflection or pauses or dramatic effect. Just say the line quickly and move to the next person. The speed through should only take about half the time as the show would during a normal run. This really helps people get the words in their heads... so many times, actors will be so worried about the entire performance, they lose the main thing they need, the lines. When I direct shows, I always do this with my cast before the final dress... and sometimes throughout all of dress week.
Just remember that nerves are always normal... more often than not, it isnt truly stage fright, but just nervous energy and excitement. Nervous energy is actually a very good thing that can be channeled and focused into your performance... every audience loves an energetic show. You got this part for a reason, you have worked hard for it and the show, and you are going to be great! Break a leg sweety!

Remember that you have known this story and this character since you were a little girl. When you step on that stage, you ARE Dorothy and everything you have practiced will come to you. The story is a natural progression. You know what happens and in what order, don't worry! Before you go on, take a few minute to just breathe and maybe hum like warming up your voice but not rigorously... just calmingly. It's your dream come true. Go with it. Congratulations!

just relax, you will do fine! and have fun if you focus on having fun, the audience will see that and you wont worry. Also if your stomache is "nervous" eat a banana a little bit before the performance. It really works with calming the nerves.

You are just suffering from stage fright... try to imagine the audience as a single person(a loved one) and just act for that person...

Pretend the audience is naked--then THEY have the nervousness, and you'll be fine.
