Help with mice!?

Question

I just went to the pet store and they told me i shouldnt buy a dwarf hamster and i knew so much about them! Now i have two male fancy mice and i know nothing about them.

Here's what you DO know: You wanted the hamster and ended up with something else. I'd go back and get what I wanted in the first place.

if you went to the pet store to buy a HAMSTER why did you end up buying two MICE ? all they were trying to do was dump two mice on you...and now that is what you got.

i would take my reciept and the two mice back to the store and get a refund.....you did not get what you wanted to begin with and now you are stuck with two MALE mice you know nothing about and may or may not do well in the same cage together, usually they fight trying to gain dominance over the living area........

I HATE it when the people at the pet store tell you you can't have something. Its not like we didn't do our research. If they have it for sale you should beable to buy it. Mice are relatively easy to care for. They will need bedding and a water bottle and mouse food do a few google searches and find a mouse care sheet. I don't know why pet stores do things like that.... They wouldn't let me get a pet mouse. It makes me soooo mad.

I agree. Dont always listen to the pet store workers...let me guess in the end the food or the mice all together were more expencive than what you wanted right?
