BMWs typically come out from the factory with amber lens turn signals (front, side and rear).

Many owners customize it with the "European look" clear lenses. This means the lens itself is clear, but the bulb is amber, so when the bulb is lit, the light will still be an amber light (in order to be still legal). These "upgrades" cost extra. That's why sellers like to list them when they sell their BMWs.

it means the head and tail lights have a "clear" look instead of the older reflective type
