A very good question Harvey & I was almost tempted to say "Love" but then I just realized that love is actually not a bare necessity in my life but it's my "Lifeline" that supports & sustains me through good times & bad. And I think it's not for just me but holds true for all us as well. So I think I would say my ONE bare necessity in life is "Good health" which is a must for me to enjoy & explore every aspects of my life a bit more meaningfully and I know I won't be able to do so if this bare necessity is not met in my life. Good health is such a precious gift from God that sometimes we just assume it to be there always & thus without our knowledge kind of take it for granted until life pushes us to a point where we learn to respect & savor it for it's very existence. So for me the one bare necessity in life is just good health and yes, thanks for reminding all of us to go back to the basics of life :) have a good day....

Well we all need food..water..shelter..so I will say it would have to be my sense of humor...it has gotten me through some real hard times in life..and is doing so now..and as long as I am alive I will do my best to keep it!!!!
