No, there isn't. If it's free the artists aren't getting loyalties on it. Therefore it's illegal. You'd be better off getting music from itunes where its only 99 cents a song if your afraid of downloading free music. But if your looking for an easy to use site for free music, try Limewire. If you want to do it legally, the original is the best in my eyes, Napster. I used Napster from day one. I don't suggest using Rhapsody, i had a really hard time with them and went through hell and high waters to get a rufund.

There is a lot of good music on Cnet Download from bands trying to get signed, and its all legal and free.
