Mine was from the bible. I use this almost everyday as things do tend to come up that are worrisome.
"This too shall pass." And you know what I worry about today, will most likely resolve itself by tomorrow! Crazy ,why do I spend so many hours worrying about things?

That a great friendship is like flowers in a meadow, it's really great and pretty and fabulous, but eventually everything dies, even friendship, and you can't stop it, giving it more water will just kill it faster, so just let it go, because more flowers are going to grow next time around and be just as great as the last ones.

Always make sure you put on clean under garments.... you never know who may see them (referring to if you died or ended up in the hospital)
