Yes, you can wear a tampon when you go into the water. You will NOT attract sharks if you go swimming while on your period, whether you wear a tampon or not!

Yes, but you must change you're tampon before and absolutely after you are done swimming. 1.) before- you don't want to trap in any bacteria in you're vagina, if the bacteria cant go down it will go up, and that can cause severe infections 2.) after- you don't want to retain that water who knows who or what has dessicated in the water or what bacteria lives there, and more than likely when you're swimming you're tampon will absorb alot of water more than bodily fluids so its also smart to change you're tampon afterwards. other than that you're good to go. ( no sharks will want to eat you)

If you have never used it... I suggest you someone how to use it. Don't go into the ocean without a tampon because it might get infected and it can make sharks come lol.. it is blood.. so i gues that might happen. So, use a tampon and be careful!!!

yes, the water does not affect the tampon.
