this is doing my head in......it was on around 15 yrs ago and was about a girl whos dad was an alien and spoke to her thro a light that was next to her bed..when she put her fingers together everything paused

Oh My God I had totally forgotten about that programme! Yes it was out of this world and I now have would you like to awing on a star whizzing through my head!
