I just chuckled a little when I read your question and I was dying to answer. No, India will not take over America as a superpower because India does not have a strong gnough economic backbone. While the American economy has had its ups and downs (uhm, George Bush, uhm Ronald Regan), our economy will continue to grow as long as 3rd world and developing countries such as India continue to buy american products and give in to american consumerism. India is growing fast but america is growing faster and stronger. Have you ever wondered why we're outsourcing to India now? Cheap labor is the answer, and that cheap labor is what is helping our economy continue to grow as well.

At the moment you're only rising because of a cheap and plentiful labor market. You've already started pricing yourself out of that, as the high tech companies are looking at cheaper labor markets, such as China, and even Canada.
(*shrug*) India will have to learn to support her own economy not based solely on tech, and quit all the cultural in-fighting. You haven't been able to do either, yet, and you don't have the resources to support your population.
So, I'm not worried.

Other countries have been trying to take over America since we declared our independence. If England and Mexico couldn't do it, do you honestly think India can accomplish it? I don't think so. I always thought people from India were peaceful and pleasant. You are starting to make me question my original opinion of your people. Good luck with your world domination issues.
