The New York Times did a piece on her, the title was Hillary is a congenital liar.

Do you think she is still a congenital liar? If not what makes you believe she has changed? Please read the article first because you will not know what I am talking about to be able to answer the question.

Yes, and will continue to morph into anything that will get her elected. AM FRANTZ, or whatever your name is, how about Rose Law Firm, oh that's right, her husband fired the US Attorney investigating her, and how about those super stock trades she didn't have inside information on??? She's a communist, and she has said so by her own handwriting....check it out....

It's a column by William Safire, formerly a speechwriter for convicted criminal Spiro Agnew and unindicted co-conspirator Richard Nixon, who carries a known obsession with both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and has no credibility on this topic - probably not on any other topic, for that matter.

It's amusing to note that much of the article you cite concerns 'Travelgate', a phony scandal from the Clinton era in which a man named Billy Dale and several of his subordinates were fired from jobs in the White House travel office. It is undisputed that Dale embezzled money from government accounts into his personal accounts, although he claims that he always intended to return the money. The same people who insisted that this firing of a White House employee who had committed documented serious misconduct was a major scandal requiring investigation from an independent prosecutor are today busy stating that the firing of US Attorneys who engaged in no misconduct and did their jobs well isn't a real story because the President has the right to fire them.

To answer your question, Hillary hasn't really changed since 1996. Neither have the charges against her, which remain a mix of exaggerations, speculations, and outright lies.

Personally, I am not a great fan of any candidate that moves into a state to run there for office. However, you should be aware that the article you are referencing appears to be an opinion article, where they are given more leeway to make allegations against individuals without having to give evidence for the accusations.

Do I believe she has changed? Yes, since that time she has experienced a great deal of changes within both her own life, including a transition from first lady to state senator to presidential candidate. If she did indeed lie back then, would she lie again? Probably. Individuals tend to be defined by their actions and repeat those actions.

nothing new. I have said you could take a 30 sec commercial spot do it in microdot format and list all the scandals shes been involved in and you would still run out of time. I cant believe all the people who would vote for her just based on sex alone. I firmly agree that shes a liar and is thoroughly corrupt.
