if you had a choice to choose from super speed and super strength, which would one would you choose and why? and what would you do if you have the power?

In the absence of other abilities to back it up, I'd choose the Super Speed. Why?
Because with the speed, you get a faster metabolism, which means if you *hurt yourself* you end up healing a bit faster (provided heavy bleeding isn't involved, in which case you *run dry* a bit faster too). If you had Super Strength without the resilience or invulnerability to back it up....you'd always have to hold back to keep from tearing your own skin off or breaking your own bones.
Besides....with the speed, I can exercise more, rev up my metabolism and really lose the weight. ^_^ Which would be a good thing.
As for what I'd do with it....at first, I'd have to use it to improve myself--get in shape, maybe win a few video game competitions and get some easy extra money built up....
After that....I'd see about being a hero, and look for others with powers like myself. In a very *very* low key sort of way, mind you, keeping things *legal* and being more of a trainer who *stops violence* against children and other defenseless people on the side.
Because I am rather old and fugly to get into the cape and tights thing at this late date, that's why. Not to mention, I'm not that big into running....I was never in good enough shape to be a good runner courtesy of growing up "that fat kid with glasses and asthma".

Super Speed. I am kind of a speedy guy. I would do even better in sports like football (soccer) if I were super speedy.
Looking like a bodybuilder just sounds freaky.

Super Speed... I could run to school and not have to take the bus, and I'd never be late for class!

I would shoose Super speed cause then u can get away with everything and not get cought, I would go rob banks, it would be impossible for police to catch me , HA!

wow.. looks like im one of the few that want super strength.. id do good things.. lift heavy objects.. smash buildings for a living.. or even become a professional wrestler..
