Try pulling it all the way out, there is probably a twist on the roller or where it goes through a slot in the trim panel.

You fold the belt over at 45 degrees and shove the folded part into the slot in the buckle. It might take some doing to work it through, but it'll happen.

It pobably turned in the holder. Pull it complete out (as if your strapping yourself in) and you should see where it twisted.

take it to a mechanic and tell him then he will ask you for $1,000,000 (on million dollars) and then he'll start working on it. It will take about 5 years.Good luck!
