yes it is possible that you could be pregnant. Obviously the odds have to do with the type of injection you are using and how long it stays in your system. It is probably too soon to find out if you ar pregnant but in the mean time just act as if you are.

anytime you mess up on birth control or "forget" to do a shot or pill.you are putting yourself at risk of pregnancy especially if your having sex with out condoms. Missing pills, doubling pills, or forgetting a shot and then taking it out of order will increase your estrogen production and can make it easier to get accidently pregnant.
I would wait till your a few days late. Then take a pregnancy test. pre-milk coming from your nipples, sickness, and fatigue are signs of pregnancy, but also signs of hormonal imbalance and sickness. SO dont freak yet. Take a test soon and if that isnt conclusive schedule a doctor appointment

when counting your cycle day one is classified as the day you start your period. the most likely time to fall pregnant is between day 7 and 14. it is not advised to just stop your contraceptive treatment as it messes with your hormones. the naseous feelings could just be from stressing to much that you may be pregnant. the symptoms sound unlikely that you are pregnant. but have it checked out.

No. But if you have been taking any kind of medication, even over the counter medicines, it could have been causing the milky discharge from your breasts. You need to see your ob/gyn, especially since you need to do ,I assume, your Depo-Provera injection.
If you are as young as you appear to be from your question, I don't think you should be having sex yet. Sorry, but you need to actually understand how life works before you risk bringing another one into this world without the knowledge you need to raise kids well.
