go to your local department store and see if they have a M.A.C. makeup counter... MAC is the best

Ok, go to a Sephora store or the website and get Paula Dorf's Transformer. It "transforms" any eyeshadow into an eyeliner. That way you can choose the exact color and intensity you want. It is fantastic!!

Use lipliner, but only on your eyes [ don't use the same one for both - eyes are more sensitive and can get infected ]

use red lipliner, apply a little powder over it to prevent it from smudging, then reapply
