You may want to try http://www.4ninvite.com You will find great templates there for a variety of types of invitations such as birthday, wedding, shower, graduation, etc.

It is so easy to make invitations using the templates on this site. As a first time user and not being computer savvy, even I managed to create unique invitations with ease and it didn’t take very long at all.

Their templates are completely free to use. Unlike many other sites you do not need to buy anything or pay any money to use their free templates. And these particular free invitation templates turn out high quality invites at a fraction of the price you’d pay in a store. All you need to do is buy the paper and you can print them out on any home computer/printer.

There's nothing wrong with bringing in the money issue in a case like this. Also, if it's easier, just use email. Normally, you could even call, but this is a bit more complicated than most bachelorettes I'd just give the cost of the show and then state where you're having dinner. The tricky part is giving them a figure for the bride's portion of each, because obviously this will depend on how many accept. You could come up with a ballpark figure for, say, 10 girls and just mention this could go up or down. Then give the RSVP deadline, mention that the tickets are non-refundable, and give info on how to get the money to you.

Michaels Craft Stores and many other of the same type and Staples has a whole section on specialty papers and invitation printing. Sales help should be able to help, but if not, simply find the paper you want and then look up the company on the internet. They should have a help section and design ideas section.
